Eric was very responsive and quickly went to our place to provide a quote. He explained the quote in detail and we feel it was fairly priced. The work was exceptionally clean and professional! It was completed in a timely manner especially considering the remote location. They even went above and beyond by offering to haul off an old appliance for us totally unrelated to the work they were doing! We highly recommend Sawtooth Plumbing. Thanks Eric and team!
Had them install a tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It was a big upgrade for our home, and I’m glad we chose them for the job. Really appreciate their hard work and would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
Sawtooth consistently delivers across the board. Professional, timely, and even same day service if they can squeeze it in their schedule. They deliver above and beyond
These guys are true professionals!
Eric and his crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, clean, courteous, and completed the work as intended. I highly recommend them.
Adam was very knowledgeable in his work and a good person to be around. He came in did a professional job and explained what he was doing. Thank you Sawtooth job well done
Larry saved the day pulling a large toy car out of a toilet.
I had a very bad water leak with waste water coming back into my house and flooding my main floor and basement. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose and Eric stayed with it, dug really deep into the problem and through the process of elimination identified the source and made recommendations towards the best solution. He was a huge help and I don’t think we would’ve gotten there with a less dedicated plumber.
WOW! Great folks at Sawtooth! DEDICATED TO BEING THE SOLUTION to my recurring issue! Knowledgeable, Responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to get us back up and going with hot water! Will use again and again!!
Eric was great he was able to help us last minute with an issue we where having with a water heater
I have been using sawtooth plumbing.for about 10 years on various construction and remodeling projects. they have always been real with me. Love these guys.
As a frequent collaborator, I work with Sawtooth Plumbing almost daily across various job types. Every technician I encounter is highly professional and genuinely takes pride in their work. Their emergency response is unmatched—even during late nights and weekends, I can always reach someone, and they dispatch a tech quickly. They are an incredibly reliable partner.
Great company to work with!! They always respond and act quickly for us. Very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and competent techs. They don't waste my time or $$. VIP service always!
I called Eric because I was starting to smell sewer gas coming from the bathroom area. He sent someone out as soon as possible and they found a wasp nest that was blocking the vent. We waited a few hours and started to smell it again. I called again the next morning and Adam was back out within the hour. They did more smoke tests and found the true cause. They got the problem fixed very promptly. I couldn’t be more happy with this company! I recommend them for any future projects!!
I have done work with them for multiple years. They are always there when they say they will be and know what they are doing. Great company!!
I have worked with Sawtooth Plumbing for 8 years. Paul , Eric , Joey are always there for me. I manage a beautiful large and complex home. Maintenance is a full time job. More often than not- the day I call for help, a tech arrives within hours!!! Today I met Josh for the first time- so polite and professional. To me it is a huge deal to work with people who are competent in identifying problems, clearly explain the repair strategy and also give solid advice for future maintenance strategies. I cannot count how many times I have referred this outfit to friends and colleagues.
Can’t recommend these guys enough! Kaylee in the front office was extremely responsive and Eric was outstanding to work with and so knowledgeable! You’d be crazy to go anywhere else.
