I had a very bad water leak with waste water coming back into my house and flooding my main floor and basement. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose and Eric stayed with it, dug really deep into the problem and through the process of elimination identified the source and made recommendations towards the best solution. He was a huge help and I don’t think we would’ve gotten there with a less dedicated plumber.

I called Eric because I was starting to smell sewer gas coming from the bathroom area. He sent someone out as soon as possible and they found a wasp nest that was blocking the vent. We waited a few hours and started to smell it again. I called again the next morning and Adam was back out within the hour. They did more smoke tests and found the true cause. They got the problem fixed very promptly. I couldn’t be more happy with this company! I recommend them for any future projects!!

I have worked with Sawtooth Plumbing for 8 years. Paul , Eric , Joey are always there for me. I manage a beautiful large and complex home. Maintenance is a full time job. More often than not- the day I call for help, a tech arrives within hours!!! Today I met Josh for the first time- so polite and professional. To me it is a huge deal to work with people who are competent in identifying problems, clearly explain the repair strategy and also give solid advice for future maintenance strategies. I cannot count how many times I have referred this outfit to friends and colleagues.
